New pictures added from Peyton's 2nd Birthday and Jake/Dad's trip to the Yankees game! Thanks to our friends Ed and Barb, Jake and Dad had FRONT ROW seats at Yankee Stadium to the 8/14 game against Baltimore! Jake had a blast chatting with the security guard ("K"), who later hooked him up with a game ball! Mom and Drew didn't get to join the fun this time around but we're going as a family to two minor league Baseball games later this week in Bridgeport, CT and Fishkill, NY. And Jakes Birthday (9/10) and our trip to Sesame Place is only a month away so you can certainly expect a lot more photos soon!

New photos have been uploaded from February through July of 2007. The photos include Easter at Dororthy and Harry's, the kids hanging out at Nana's pool, Drew's 1st Birthday party, Drew's first Yankees game (Jake's second game) and Cousin Dana and Krystal's wedding last weekend! Drew also started walking 1 day after his 1st birthday, and he's already running and climbing up stairs! He's also starting to build a vocabulary with words like "Mama", "Hi" and "Banana"! And Jake is finally potty trained! Yahoo! Expect the next set of photos to be from our upcoming September trip to Sesame Place in PA with cousin Aidan and Peyton!

As you've likely noticed, there's a MAJOR web site overhaul in progress at NYCMOM.COM! This web site grew so enormous (over 500 Photos!) since Jake was born that it quickly became very tedious to maintain. The new site is completely automated and very easy to update. I've already added over 75 photos from the end of 2006 that most of you have likely never seen! The new photo gallery even includes options to post your own photos (with login access, coming soon), rate pictures and even send photo e-cards! You can certainly expect a lot more updates in the near future!
And of course I need to mention at least a little bit about Jake and Drew. The boys are doing great. Drew is getting so big, so fast, and his big brother Jake is anxiously awaiting the day when they can play together! Drew is starting to talk (though you can't really understand him yet, he says things that sound like dada and mama) and is getting awfully close to crawling, but he's not quite there yet! He's also starting to eat solids, and loves bagels! And Jake started swim classes a coupler weeks ago and he's doing great. His teacher says he'll be swimming on his own by Summer! Time to get a pool! =)

It's been way too long since my last update so I'm adding apx 30 photos to Drew's gallery at this very moment. Of course, some of these should go on Jake's site but I'll have to make the changes when I have more time. Jake and Drew are doing great! Jake is adjusting well to being a big brother, and Drew just adores him! He gets a huge smile on his face when Jake gives him any attention! And as you can see in some of the first photos, Drew was desperately in need of a hair cut so we buzzed him about a week ago! He actually seemed to enjoy it! He's almost 3 months old now and he's sleeping up to 6-8 hours at a time at night, so Mom and Dad are actually starting to get some good nights sleep. He started day care yesterday (yes, Mom is back to work!) and it's going great so far! Overall, he's a great baby and he doesn't fuss unless he's hungry or needs a diaper change! I'll try to update the site again soon! Sorry it took so long this time around!

We're home from the Hospital, and I posted a whole bunch of
new pictures! Mom and Drew are doing great!

Jake is a big brother!!! Drew Christopher Maciulewicz
arrived today at 12:26 PM weighing in at 8 lbs, 8 ounces and 19.5
inches long! Mom and baby are doing great!!! I'm only home for
a few minutes before heading back to the hospital, but I had
time to put one quick photo online! More to come soon!
